Registration fees for the conference is 200 US dollars.

The registration fees for MEAMA workshop is $ 600. The cost for catering, accommodation and transportation will be $ 800.
Fees for MEAMA session including registration, accommodation for five nights, catering, transport during the workshop is $ 1,400 all inclusive.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference Secretariat.
From June 31st 2009 onwards: Cancellation of the reservation will involve the loss of 100% of the registration fees.
